How much is membership to

  • Monthly membership is free. [Notification of any rate changes will be sent out to all members at least 30 days in advance of the next billing.]
  • Additional services are billed via PayPal.
    • M4PAASS mental game assessment, scoring, comprehensive report and personal game plan – $150
      • Non-members rate – $250
    • 1:1 Coaching Session with Coach Dean (Skype or other mutually agreed upon platform) – $75/hour
      • Non-members rate – $150/hour
    • Complete Mental Game Coaching Program – $900-$1200
      • Non-members rate – $1500-$3000
  • Have a referral or want to sign-up with another athlete (great reinforcement and support) or your team?

Membership Questions

Are there any requirements to membership?

  • Yes. Knowing isn’t doing. So, your active participation is strongly encouraged. Though the first step is to learn (and share) – it must be applied. It is through your application and feedback that we all learn and grow. The success of is based on an engaged community so you must be willing to participate by commenting on other members’ assignments, points, issues; discussing topics in the forums and presenting your experiences to others.

Is this for elite athletes, amateurs or beginners?

  • is appropriate for all skill levels. In fact, members of all skill levels make this a vibrant community. It allows more advanced mental game students to apply their knowledge and help others while newer learners gain various perspectives to help them apply what they are learning and troubleshoot any barriers they encounter on the journey to mental toughness and resiliency. We currently have members of all levels from beginner to elite.

How do I change my profile?

  • You can edit your profile information on the Account > Profile > Edit screen. Your profile will be displayed on your profile page.

 Assignment Questions

How do I upload assignments?

  • Instructions on sharing assignments are under development.
  • At this time, you can share assignments in the Forums and Comments section of the respective lessons.

Who will give me feedback on my assignments?

  • You will receive feedback from other members of the community and Coach Dean on select areas.

Do I need to give feedback to other community members?

  • Though it is not a requirement, we ask that there be a free flow of ideas and feedback so all members can gain perspective and insights from multiple sources. That is how we keep the conversation going and keep the community engaged.

What if I don’t feel qualified to give feedback?
